Halloween is just a few days away and whether you care to celebrate it or not, it's always interesting to know the origins of any holiday.
Today, Halloween is known to be a fun spooky holiday that both kids and adults can enjoy.
You can decorate your house with fake cobwebs (or real ones thanks to the spiders in the corner of your room...), carve faces into pumpkins, dress up in costumes with or without putting any effort, stock up on candy by buying some at the supermarket or getting from your neighbors for free, watch classic horror movies like the Friday The 13th movies, or go to a Halloween party and dance to Michael Jackson's Thriller (because surely you have learnt the choreography by now, right?).
But how did all of this start in the first place?
What does "Halloween" even mean and where did it come from?
What kind of crazy costumes did they wear back then?
I found this very funny video talking about Halloween full of wacky information that you can show off to your friends for your next Halloween party.
Even if you don't do anything special for Halloween, I do hope you get to enjoy some yummy treats!
What are YOUR favorite treats?
